Online Museum Collection

Markham Museum is digitizing our extensive archival and artifact collections. The following two websites take you on a virtual tour of highlights from our rich collections and showcase Markham’s history and evolving community.

  • Landscapes and Streetscapes Catalogue
Funded by the Government of Ontario, this searchable catalogue allows you to explore Markham’s historic landscapes and buildings. These images are assembled from the collections of Heritage Markham and the Markham Museum. Together, they document the changes of streets, farms, parkland and individual buildings from 1860 to today.
