Applicants must provide the required information on the screens that follow, including applicant contact information, authorization for release and any other supporting documents.

  • The fee for a full inspection is $ 235.50 plus HST.
  • The fee for a file search is $153.00 plus HST.
  • The fee for a fire report is $153.00 plus HST.
