Water Meter Application

Water meter applications can be completed online. Follow the prompts on the screens below to complete the application process.

For larger Industrial/Commercial/Institutional (ICI) meters, you will also need a copy of the approved site servicing plan, an engineer’s letter indicating peak water flow rate & recommended meter size, and installer contact information.
Please note that according to By-law 2019-53, 7.1.4, the diameter of residential water meter sizing cannot exceed 25mm (1 inch), even though the water service connection may be larger.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card.

Once you submit your application, you will receive a follow-up email regarding the status of approval.
