Water Meter Application

Water meter applications can be completed online. Follow the prompts on the screens below to complete the application process.

• For larger Industrial/Commercial/Institutional (ICI) meters, you will also need a copy of the approved site servicing plan, an engineer’s letter indicating peak water flow rate & recommended meter size, and installer contact information.
• Please note that according to By-law 2019-53, 7.1.4, the diameter of residential water meter sizing cannot exceed 25mm (1 inch), even though the water service connection may be larger.
• Payment can be made by cheque or credit card.

Once you submit your application, you will receive a follow-up email regarding the status of approval.
