Fall Program Registration has begun!
And we’re off!
Fall general program registration started on August 15 in the City’s NEW Program Registration System. The true test of the new system came at 6:30 AM when registration started with 3200 residents in queue. Within 10 minutes that was cleared with an average wait time of 3 minutes. 9000 registrations were processed without system slowdowns or challenges. Staff were on standby to assist residents and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Don’t forget, swimming lessons registration is also coming up in the new program registration system, starting August 22.
