Certificate of Completion Request

A Certificate of Completion can be provided on request once all inspections have been completed. If you have questions regarding the status of inspections please contact the inspection department at 905.475.4850. Please confirm the status of your permit prior to requesting, at the following link*;

*Please note permits applied for prior to 2013 will not appear on the public search
 

**Please be advised that the Building Department does not issue Certificate of Completion for Sign Permits (SP) or Pool Enclosures (PE)
 

The non-fundable fee for the certificate of completion is $200. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed.
