To dispute your Penalty Notice you must request a Screening Review within 15 days from the date of issuance by using the link below.

*It can take up to 5 business days for your Penalty Notice to be available online.

If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of submission, it is your responsibility to follow up on the status of your request by sending an email to amps@markham.ca.

Please note: Penalty Notices issued by authorized Private Security companies (identified by the letter “T” or “S”, for example T12345) may take up to 5 business days to be entered in the system. If your ticket is not currently listed please try again. It is your responsibility to follow up on the status of your penalty notice.
