Markham Recreation is introducing an all-access pass

Pass holders will have access to almost anything, anytime, anywhere!

Activities include:

• Endurance Lane Swims
• Lane Swims
• Public Skating
• Shinny
• Drop In Programs (i.e., badminton, basketball, pickleball, kendo) and
• Aquafit (with Recreation Activity Pass with Aquafit (16+) only)

HST will be added to all (below listed) admission fees, regardless of age.
 

1-Month Recreation Activity Pass:

1-Month Recreation Activity Pass with Aquafit (16+):

• Adult: $53.99
• Older Adult: $37.80

3-Month Recreation Activity Pass:

• Child: $91.18

3-Month Recreation Activity Pass with Aquafit (16+):

• Adult: $161.98
• Older Adult: $113.39

Admission Fees (HST included), effective September 1, 2024:
 

Endurance Lane Swim: Open for fitness swimming to everyone 10 years and older that can swim 50 metres in deep water. Swim schedules vary week by week based on events and pool availability.

Lane Swim: Open for fitness swimming to everyone 10 years and older

Recreational Swim: Open to all ages for recreational swimming. Swimmers ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult ages 15 and older.

Parent and Tot Swim: A time for parents and tots 6 years and younger to enjoy a casual swim in the leisure pool. This swim permits a maximum of 2 children per adult.

Tips for an enjoyable swim:

• Admission policy applies to all swims.
• Children who are not toilet trained must wear water diapers made for swimming pool use.
• Refrain from feeding children or eating a large meal before swimming

VIEW DROP IN PROGRAMS

Take part and stay fit in our Aquafit classes! These in-water exercises are led by instructors who incorporate a variety of exercises focusing on overall health and fitness. All classes are set to music and are open to all individuals 16 years of age and older.

Red Wrist Band

• 5 years of age and younger
• Must be accompanied by a guardian (15+)
• Must be within arms reach at all times
• 1 guardian: 2 children

Yellow Wrist Band

• Ages 6-9
• Must swim with a guardian
• 1 guardian: 6 children (all in PFD's) OR 2 children (no PFD's)

Green Wrist Band

• Ages 6-9
• Passes swim test
• May swim alone

Unaccompanied? 10 years of age or older? We recommend you swim with a buddy!

Swim test includes swimming two or more widths of the pool.
