City of Markham - New Website Platform

To provide users with a better online experience, we have updated the platform that hosts our website (www.markham.ca).

This new platform is part of our Markham Digital Strategy and will allow us to provide you with more secure online services in the future.

As part of this upgrade, we have implemented some new security measures such as enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  This along with other security features will ensure your data is protected with the most modern security features available.

We understand that some of these features have made it difficult to setup your account. To remediate some of these issues, we have implemented email to receive your MFA verification code.

Users who successfully have setup SMS will continue to receive their challenges via SMS message. We will introduce more flexible options for MFA soon.

As part of this experience, a New iOS mobile app is available for download from the app store (Access Markham on the App Store (apple.com))

A new Android OS app will be available in the Google Play store soon.
