Circulated Planning and Development Applications

The following bi-weekly dashboards provide a summary of new applications that have been circulated for staff review. The dashboards include the application type and file number, the property location (ward, and address), circulation date, a brief description of the proposal, and the anticipated approval route. 

Information on current planning applications can also be found on the ePLAN Public Search Portal. All development applications from the past 10 years, along with a brief description of the proposal and application status can be found on ePLAN.
