On Tuesday, May 26, 2020, City Council approved, in principle, the holding of virtual Committee of Adjustment (COA) meetings. Specific information on how to participate virtually can be found on the COA main webpage.
All COA meetings are held at 7 PM, unless otherwise directed by staff.

As of January 1, 2024, drawings and Staff Reports related to COA applications will be posted on the City of Markham's Development Application Viewer, Mappit by searching for the subject property. Please note the drawings posted are for reference purposes only. These are the drawings received initially at submission of the application. If there are any changes to the application/proposal, those will be outlined in the staff report.
